We keep up-to-date with technological advancements so that you can be sure the systems we fit will comprise of the latest commercially available Solar PV products. If you are interested in how solar panels work or indeed the different products available, our engineers will be more than happy to talk you though the facts and help you to make sense of solar.
Customer service is paramount. We want you to be confident that the system we provide for you meets your requirements exactly, and we take this responsibility very seriously. Our installations have to look right on your property and the design must maximise performance, giving you the greatest benefit possible. The average domestic Solar PV installation is completed within two days, and you can be sure that our engineers will take the greatest of care during installation.
As a member of the Renewable Energy Assurance List (REAL), we offer a 5-year insurance-backed warranty. This means that all work and performed by Navitas and all equipment installed is guaranteed for five years, and on top of this, in the unlikely event of Navitas going out of business, the work and equipment remains under warranty for the same five year duration.
Most properties are suitable for a Solar PV system, and as part of our free consultation service, we will survey your home to ensure that this is the case, giving you advice on the best solution for your property and talking through our survey results and calculations.
If you choose Navitas to supply your solar PV system, you will be assigned a project manager who will work with you from initial quotation, through planning and installation and on to completion.
Our project managers are experts in the area of solar PV, not salesmen. We don't believe in a pushy sales pitch, just clear, straightforward information and advice.
